These terms

These Terms of Service apply when you use reboterra.com or purchase products from us. Please read them before ordering. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory consumer rights.

Products and information

We take reasonable care to describe and display products accurately. Colours may appear slightly different depending on your screen. Product availability, descriptions and prices may be corrected if an error is discovered.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in pounds sterling unless stated otherwise and include applicable taxes where required. Delivery charges, if any, are shown before you place the order. Payment is processed securely using the payment methods offered at checkout.

Orders and contract formation

Submitting an order is an offer to buy. We will send an order acknowledgement, but a binding contract is formed only when we accept and dispatch the order. We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch if a product is unavailable, payment cannot be authorised, information is incorrect, or we reasonably suspect fraud or misuse. If payment has already been taken for a cancelled order, it will be refunded.

Delivery

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days. UK delivery is free and UK orders normally arrive within five working days after dispatch. International charges and available destinations are shown at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. Please see our Shipping Policy for more detail.

Cancellations, returns and refunds

Online customers may normally cancel within 14 days after receiving their order and then have a further 14 days to return it. Reboterra pays the reasonable standard return cost for eligible returns. Please see our Refund Policy for the full process, conditions and statutory-rights information.

Promotions

Promotional codes and offers are subject to any additional conditions shown with the promotion. Unless stated otherwise, they cannot be exchanged for cash or combined with another offer. We may withdraw a promotion where there is an error, misuse or fraud.

Intellectual property

The Reboterra name, branding, photographs, graphics and website content are owned by us or used with permission. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping. You must not copy, republish or commercially exploit our content without permission.

Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, introduce malicious code, or use it for unlawful or fraudulent activity.

Third-party services

Our store is hosted by Shopify and may contain links to third-party services. Those services may have their own terms and privacy notices. We are not responsible for third-party content that we do not control, but this does not affect responsibilities that the law places on us.

Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of statutory consumer rights. We are not responsible for losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when the contract was made. Products sold through this store are intended for personal use; we are not liable for business losses arising from consumer purchases.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you are a consumer elsewhere, you retain any mandatory protections provided by the law where you live. The courts of England and Wales will have non-exclusive jurisdiction, subject to your applicable consumer rights.
