When will my order be dispatched?
Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days. Once your order has shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details where available.
Do you offer free UK delivery?
Yes. UK delivery is free on all orders.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. International delivery costs are calculated at checkout.
How long will delivery take?
UK orders normally arrive within 5 working days after dispatch. International delivery times vary by destination.
The Corduroy Court Cap
What size is the cap?
The cap has an adjustable snapback closure for a flexible fit.
What is the cap made from?
The cap is made from 100% polyester, with a soft corduroy front and breathable mesh back.
Is the logo embroidered?
Yes. The Reboterra logo is embroidered on the front of the cap.
How should I care for my cap?
Spot clean with a damp cloth and allow the cap to air dry naturally. Do not machine wash or iron.
Returns
Can I return my order?
Yes. Unworn items can be returned within 14 days of delivery, provided they are in their original condition.
How do I arrange a return?
Email returns@reboterra.com with your order number and we’ll provide the return instructions.
What happens if my cap arrives damaged?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the damage, and we’ll arrange a replacement or suitable resolution.
