Shipping Policy

Order processing

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days. Working days exclude weekends and UK public holidays. When your order ships, we will send a confirmation email with tracking details where available.

United Kingdom delivery

Standard UK delivery is free on all orders. UK orders normally arrive within five working days after dispatch. Delivery times are estimates and can occasionally be affected by carrier delays or events outside our control.

International delivery

We ship to the destinations available at checkout. International delivery charges are calculated and displayed before you place your order. Delivery times vary by destination and carrier. Unless taxes or import charges are collected at checkout, the recipient is responsible for any customs duties, import taxes or local handling charges.

Delivery address

Please check your delivery address carefully before placing an order. Email support@reboterra.com immediately if you notice an error. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after dispatch.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If tracking has not updated, your parcel appears lost, or your order arrives damaged, contact us with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and provide an appropriate resolution.
